Return and Repair Policy

At The Groomer's Shop, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer the following return and repair policies:

  • Returns: We accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are in their original condition and have not been used. Please include the original purchase receipt. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Repairs: If your product exhibits any manufacturing defects within the first year, we offer free repairs. Please contact our customer service to receive instructions on how to send the product for repair. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it at no additional cost
